Good day, my complaint is about three stores and the bad service, I went to bayside on the 14th to enquire about a 24 hour bp monitor as my doctor wanted me to have it done, bayside said they don't know who does it, I should maybe try canal walk, I live I tabke view, I do not want to run around for a monitor . I then walked over to the tabke view Bra h, who advised they do have the 24 hour bp monitor, but because it was after hours, they could not assist and suggested I call in the morning to confirm, when I called the table view dischem i was advised that their machine is in for repairs, it could take anything from a month to 3 months to repair. I then called tablebay branch who said they do offer the device, it was booked out the Friday, but said I could book an appointment on Monday 20th to get the monitor. When I arrived on Monday the sister in charge, who was just helping out while the permanent staff member was off, advised that she does not think they do the bp monitor at that branch, she phoned someone who said they don't do that there, I must go to sea point. No one can assist, no one know who dies what, no one knows what each branch does, the worst is, I called first to confirm, I took time off work to have this done, but in the end nothing was done. I eventually gave up trying, told my doctor I won't be doing the test she said I must do. SHE RECOMMEND DISCHEM. BUT AFTER THIS I WON'T RECCOMEND DISCHEM CLINIC TO ANYONE.
FNB connect, i purchased a watch on their shop, now when I want to make additional payment, I'm told I cant, fist I'm told I can, them I'm told I cant. Why can the "watch loan" not be added as loan account where we can make transfers should we wish to do so
I purchased a smart watch on the FNB app, however the app gave a error twice, when quering it on the chat option, the agent noted two requests, at the same time I get a call asking if I'd done a purchase, which I advised yes, but I obey one one watch. This agent then transfers me to FNB connect with no explanation, of course there are options to choose, still not clear, I chose the last option, to be told I must go to another section, then I'm transfered again. I cut the call. I continue with the app chat, the agent after waiting some time, says he'll log the call, I'll get and sms, 4 hours later, I'm still waiting. So now there are two orders pending and no response from anyone. No wonder people are leaving FNB! Worked service ever.
Bad service, and tracking a parcel is just as bad, they all just want payments. its almost a month and no delivery, they do not have contactable people and they do not respond to emails
I assisted a student at the university, I paid in an extra R5k, I've asked the accounts department to allow the student to use the funds for food etc, to date I've received no response or a refund. I called and was advised ti emails, which I have done 3 times. None of my emails have been responded too They have no ethics
Manati has listed a loan on my credit report, however i did not take the loan up. I queried this in April 2024, to date it is still on my report. I am just told its being attend to, a list is sent monthly, but still no update. This loan should not have been listed in the first place, i never took it up
I took out a loan for a friends daughter, to settle arrears, its been a month and no funds have routed to the students university account. The account manager assigned to me does not respond to emails or whatsapps, and when trying to call, "all agents are busy"... I also want clarity on making a large deposit to reduce the current loan, would like to know how it will affect the loan, but no response, totally ignored.. This is very concerning. If not sorted ASAP i will report them to the consumer board and council
I app**** for LTE. only a @ 2 x sim online, every time i call for follow up they say there is on order reflecting on there system, they say call another service provider, again, they have nothing on the system . So i app**** again, when calling the call centre, im told again, nothing reflectin. Eventually after 4 orders online, the sale is done telephonically, with no feedback. I call now and am told that my request is declined due to too many online orders. Agent says she cant help me as i will have a bad credit record now due to this. The reason its bad now is because they dont do there work . I ****ke to Lwazi, Lutendo Mokwebo and Thabitha Molopo with no joy
Telkom cannot do anything they've been advised. I orders LTE and get a prepaid???? when calling, I'm given different numbers and then told to use whatsapp??? with an LTE.... explain how i use a whatsapp on LTE--- its a pocket mobile device.. no service whatso ever. and the online portal is not helpful at all
I have recently receivecd a new cell number through FNB, this is a NEW NUMBER, i keep getting sms for Credit card purchases that are not my account. I called FNB to amend or remove my number from their system as I do not hold this credit card, I was transfered from one person to another with no actual resolution. The customer who actually uses the card is clearly not getting SMS, i just want this number removed from that persons profile, as it is not their
