Totally disappointing service
I ordered and paid for a large 900g chicken salad for my husband and I to share. When it arrived, it was a small salad of 499 gram and only enough for 1 person. I also ordered a waffle with strawberry sauce & strawberries. It came without the sauce. The other waffle was with chocolate sauce and oreos. They sent broken Marie biscuits in stead.. Largely a very disappointing order, they did not get anything right. I will never order from them again.

Guide dog without food due to Ram's negligence
My order was collected by Ram on 9 December from the service provider. it is now 14 November and I still have not received any delivery. The service provider has contacted Ram numerous times to try and determine what is going on and there is just no solution. We have a Guide dog who is now out of food because of Ram's incompetency, and I had to drive up and down with no luck to find the brand of food that our dog eats. Utterly disappointed and frustrated!!
