It's an OK company.
Their products aren't vegan or cruelty free. Nowadays, the companies should understand the importance of that. I used their products for almost 5 years. Their shampoo made my hair combed. Their repair oil is their best product in my opinion. Their hair repair mask is OK, but it's too expensive because you have to use a lot of product to work properly.

I have ordered many things from zaful.com (actually almost 20 pieces) and everything has good quality. Their items are cheap, but value for money. I am so excited for this purchase. I will buy again soon.
