It's an OK company.
Their products aren't vegan or cruelty free. Nowadays, the companies should understand the importance of that. I used their products for almost 5 years. Their shampoo made my hair combed. Their repair oil is their best product in my opinion. Their hair repair mask is OK, but it's too expensive because you have to use a lot of product to work properly.

Their products aren't vegan or cruelty free. Nowadays, the companies should understand the importance of that. I used their products for almost 5 years. Their shampoo made my hair combed. Their repair oil is their best product in my opinion. Their hair repair mask is OK, but it's too expensive because you have to use a lot of product to work properly.

Pantene - false savings
Buying shampoo - Pantene had a special at Dischem Victory Park -- Buy 3 get the cheapest free. What a lot of non-sense. Pantene Aqua light shampoo R79.95 per bottle. At another Dischem (Cresta) store the price of the same shampoo is R55.96. Quick maths -- you only save R8 if you buy 3 bottles. I would have thought Dischem is a reputable company.

Pantene 3 minute miracle conditioner..Best of the best! Thank you, Pantene, for making me love my hair again!
I have very long (1 metre), blond, dry, thin hair that is prone to horribly tangling whenever it is not fastened. I have been looking for something to smooth my hair and make it shine and look good naturally - not after a rediculous amount of time spent and thén looking good. I have also spent huge amounts of money on my hair. Nothing helped. By chance I walked through the isle for hair goodies and grabbed the first bottle of conditioner that looked 'nice' on the shelf. What a happy happy accident. It works fantastic on my hair and makes it smooth and silky and I do not have to use detangling products anymore! This is truly a miracle and I have stacked my cupboard with at least 3 extras!

I have sent two emails now and no response. I bought Pantene 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner and when I washed my hair with the Pantene, I left it on for a while. After a while I felt my neck started feeling like its on fire. The Pantene burned my neck and I have photos of my neck.

Pantene conditioner causes dramatic hairloss:-(
<p>My sister recently got me pantene hair conditioner. Ever since I used it my hair has fallen and dried out drastically, seeming to have lost all moisture. It is so bad that I have lost half of my hair and counting! I actually went to the dermatologist who could only prescribe something for my dry,itchy scalp. Pantene has ruined my hair, I can't believe this product is allowed to be on the shelf, especially after reading similar bad experiences people have posted online. It is so disconcerting to see my hair all over my pillow every morning, all over the floor and coming out in handfuls when I try to comb my hair:-(</p>
