Its been quite a few years now, but I am finally speaking up. I am sure the store management wont do anything about it. The flower, corn, mieliemeel etc are always ridden with pantry bugs. I have had to dispose of so much food. Unfortunately I buy in bulk and HAVE to buy at Shoprite for the company. How can a store not notice that? Worst of all my huge pantry also gets infested and I have to clear everything out and dispose of extra food that have also then gotten infected. I am so dissapointed!!!
Living near a small town where services are generally poor, I feel I have to make a special comment to Postnet Bela Bela. The staff are so friendly and helpful - they feel like family. They know their regular clients well and go out of their way to make everything go smoothly, be it lunchtime or five minutes after closing time! A special thanks to Mokgadi!!!
Although it is a small shop, the staff working there are excellent. They know how to advise their clients and are so helpful, friendly and they know their product. I used to drive 160km to Pretoria when I needed MTN service, but am so happy that the service in small towns are catching up!!
I have very long (1 metre), blond, dry, thin hair that is prone to horribly tangling whenever it is not fastened. I have been looking for something to smooth my hair and make it shine and look good naturally - not after a rediculous amount of time spent and thén looking good. I have also spent huge amounts of money on my hair. Nothing helped. By chance I walked through the isle for hair goodies and grabbed the first bottle of conditioner that looked 'nice' on the shelf. What a happy happy accident. It works fantastic on my hair and makes it smooth and silky and I do not have to use detangling products anymore! This is truly a miracle and I have stacked my cupboard with at least 3 extras!
I recently had to buy a Toyota Quantum for my business and was in a huge hurry. The sales agent at the shop, Grahem, was super helpful, friendly and so effective and knowledgable about his product. His after sales service was also the excellent. I have bought many many cars over the years, but this sales consultant deserves a standing ovation. I hardly had to lift a finger. I do not know about the rest of the shop's sales personel, but this experience was outstanding.
As far as I am going I am telling people about Capitec's excellent service. This is not only so in Bela Bela, but every other branch I have been to so far. The shops are meticuously clean, the consultants are dressed so professionaly and never have a hair out of place. On top of all this, they are very well trained, always friendly, super fast and super helpful. I will never again even consider a other bank and am in the process of closing all my other accounts at other banks.
I have never had such proffessional, fast and friendly service from a bank. The staff are dressed immaculately, they know their product excellently and are always friendly and sufficient. I have never had such excellent service from any other bank in SA and I am busy closing all my accounts with other banks.
My house burned down to the ground a few years ago. The rebuilding of the house was given to a contractor on a budy-budy basis and the contractor was so incompetent and the new house was such a mess that R400 000 worth of replacement and rebuilding fees was paid out to me to fix their mess. Additionally the electricity done by them was not lawful and I had to redo it myself as they could not provide a Certificate of compliance for it. The electricity redoing was not included in the amount paid out to me as no one knew how much the costs are going to be. Standarbank undertook to pay that amount once it has been done. I have been contacting Standardbank for the last 3 years now regarding this matter and no one knows what to do or how to do it and no one ever gets back to me. I have come to the conclusion that Standard Bank Insurance and related has no integrity, no compassion for what their clients go through during such an emotional time and in addition are corrupt in their dealings as to whom get such contracts. They tried to replace my entire house with a rediculous budget. For instance they gave me a budget of about R9000 to replace fixtures, baths and showers for 3 bathrooms!!!!! Regards
My rating is incorrect. It is actually no star. Since I wrote my complaint on Hellopeter 2 weeks ago, not much has been done. It's still endless forms that has to be provided in order for me to claim my insurance money.
I have been with Outsurance for quite a long time and then a Financial Advisor and Broker convinced me to change and insure my business and personal with Santam. Biggest mistake of my life. A year later and I am back to Outsurance. They are awesome!!! The person that assists me, Kamy Paridachy (not sure if it is the correct spelling!) is so so on the ball. He is extremely proffesional, helpful, knowledgable and truly truly a god-send. He handles my claims and questions immediately, always come's back to me, came to see me personally on my farm and all is easy because when I need to know something I can just Whatsapp him. He really does care about my wellbeing and remember my stories and take an interest. Regardless wether this is good client service which they were taught and part of their marketing strategy, I would vote for them as best service provider in South Africa any day!! Thank you Kamy!
