need my money refunded I am so dissapointed in MTN and Sanlam Insurance. I am a customer of MTN for many years. Sometime in last year I found out that I am paying for insurance for an Iphone 11(I never took a contract with MTN for an Iphone 11) I have been paying insurance for this Iphone 11 since 2023. MTN is saying that they can see that i never took a contract for Iphone 11 but do not want to assist. I have been to different MTN stores and on calls with MTN but to no help to me. They confirm that there was never an Iphone 11 purchased on contract. On the other hand i am struggling with Sanlam who advise that they have a voice recording where i confirm that i agree to pay for insurance for IPhone 11. sanlam and MTN need to sort this out

Was browsing the tumble dryers at PnP hyper in Ottery. Prices was advertised on the dryer and when I opened another price that was less was advertised in the drum. Called the consultant and ask if this is the price. He grabbed the paper advertising the lesser price and tore it up telling us that u cannot open the drum and take out the stuff that is in the drum. He then just walked away leaving us standing there in awe
I have logged a call wrt a technical issue on 22/09/23. I called on the 26th and the 27th. When phoning Mweb you have to hang on the line for 15 to 20 minutes before you get someone who you can speak to. I am fed up with hanging on the line on my expense and still nothing is resolved. I now have to purchase data as my fibre is not working. Please call me on 0832845853
I PURSHASED STUFF ONLINE AND DID NOT GET 8 OF THE PRODUCTS. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT VIA EMAIL, WATSUP, CALLING AND NO JOY . I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO ME.
I ordered pizzas online on the 20 March 2023 and when I finished paying then the Ops Manager, Chantel called me to advise that they are not able to deliver in our area. I advised that it's ok I will then go to the store and purchase the pizzas there.i again paid for my order. Chantel advised that I will receive my refund shortly. It is now more than 2 weeks and I am still wait for my money. Chantel gave her cell number however when I try to contact her on the agreed platform she is not responding.
I AM SO DISSAPOINTED IN SAMSUNG. I HAVE BEEN A SAMSUNG USER FOR YEARS. I UPGRADED MY CELL WITH MTN TO A SAMSUNG CELL. I DID THE UPGRADE ONLINE. TO MY DISMAY WHEN I RECEIVED THE CELL PHONE YESTERDAY, THE WAS ONLY THE NEW CELL PHONE WITH NO CHARGER CABLE OR EARPHONES. HAS THE SAMSUNG STANDARDS DROPPED.
Very dissapointed. I did an upgrade with MTN. Today when the phone arrives, (samsaung A53, the phone do not have a charger plug and the MTN simcard package is open. when i contact MTN they advise they are offline and that samung do not provide any accessories. I want MTN to come fetch this device as i am not paying for a plug where i must charge the phone. Bad business. Ive been with MTN for more than 15 years. Please contact me on 0832845853
i am trying to cancel my contract with MTN. I gave my details to the agent and she advised that she will transfer me to one of the retentions agents. I am now hanging on the line for more than 30 minutes waiting for a Retention agent to pick up. When you want to cancel they make you stay on the line for so long
Went to Mcd on the 27th July in Westgate Mall, Mitchells Plain. As we approached the parking the security guard at the doors signalled that the shop is closed. I went to the doors and the security guard advised that we need to use the drive thru as the shop is closed. When asked why he advised that they had a shortage of staff even though there were people inside the shop enjoying their meals. We then went to the drive thru and lots of people in cars in front of me and behind me. when it was our turn to order I wanted a Jalapeno burger with the cheesy chips and the agent advised that they do not have any sauce for the burgers or chips and they only had chicken and no beef. very disappointed and disgusted
