I ordered some hunter sprinkler parts on 19 March 2025, since then no delivery or communication. They don’t answer emails, and their mobile number cellular number is not in use longer in use. In my opinion this website is a ****.
I experienced non payment of medication claims in September and October last year, and again in January 2024. Reason given was “Routine limit exhausted - Self Payment Gap”. Claims were paid in November and December. Then investigation revealed that the Limit was not exhausted. Despite many emails, replies to which were unhelpful and/or obtuse, and more than one request for a callback, nothing has materialised. We have contributed continuously to medical aid for over 50 years, mostly to Fedhealth or their predecessors, and this misleading information and lack of service is absolutely unacceptable. I note the level of discontent expressed on Hello Peter, which normally would give management a wake up call. The fact that this does not seem to be the case is further cause for concern.
