DISGRACEFUL WAY IN WHICH TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!
I was thinking about upgrading my cell phone; I had been into the MTN shop in the Morningside Shopping Centre to see what was available. I then received a message from Ntebo advising my contract was about to end, and could she be of assistance, to which I agreed. To cut a long story short, I was then advised if I went into the shop and signed a further 24 month contract THAT SAME DAY, I could have have R2 000.00 worth of accessories, which I did. Since then I have been backwards and forwards between MTN and Samsung, to no avail. MTN were then unsure as to whether the offer was even still valid. As I was literally pushed into signing a contract before I was ready, in order to benefit from the special offer. I feel totally cheated. One of the outside managers arranged for a cover, as I was also misled by this same representative as to the colours available. I have requested his contact details but this has not been forthcoming.. I particularly wanted a data bank but when they came into stock I was then informed I would have to pay R999.00. This is sheer misrepresentation and lack of transparency on MTN's part. And no one cares, least of all the manager in the shop. What a dismal experience, it would appear MTN do not care about their customers, nor the way in which they are treated.

Woolworths Sandton City
Went in to see Financial Services on Sunday. The lady was on lunch one floor up. I waited 20 minutes for her to return. I had paid funds into my card on 30th November which had not reflected but I had proof of this. She spoke to Cape Town and I was assured my credit card would be fine this morning. This evening I tried to use it but was advised I had insufficient funds. I then called the Sandton branch again and spoke to someone else who assured me the person I dealt with the previous day would call back shortly. Have just back to be told she has "gone home" and that there is no manager to speak to. The store closes at 21h00. I have names of the 3 people I have spoken to. Beyond dismal "service"!!

PURE CRIMINAL ACTIVITY!!!
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. Please do not try to buy puppies on line off the websites, 99% of them are scammers and you will not only have lost an animal that you wanted but the money you paid as well! This is a dirty, filthy crime and the websites should be shut down! When I did research afterwards I found most of them linked to another pet business also run by scammers. These guys need to go to jail and the key tossed away!

PUPPY SCAMMERS - BEWARE!!!
These people are out and out puppy scammers, do NOT DEAL WITH THEM. "Ms Condon" is a fraudster that deserves to spend time in jail. SHE IS A CRIMINAL!!!!! She is quick to take your money and the following morning, when the puppy is due top be transported to its new home, demands a far higher amount. The puppy does not arrive and when you call, it is immediately terminated.

Alpha Puppies Paradise
I bought a beautiful Shih Tzu Puppy from ALPHA PUPPIES PARADISE yesterday afternoon and paid 50% of the purchase price + transport of R500.00. as requested. This morning I received a call from Elite Courier Services to say I had an urgent email so rushed to the office; apparently the crate supplied by ALPHA PUPPIES PARADISE was insufficient due to a bad weather notification and a Temperature Regulator Crate at a whopping additional amount of R9k was required. I do not have that amount of money in my account so cancelled the order, in tears, and requested that the R2 500.00 be returned to me by COB today. When I had heard nothing I called Ms Danielle Condon this evening who terminated the connection; I immediately called back to find the answering service was on. IS THIS WHAT PUPPY SCAMMERS DO? Be very careful you are also not left devastated, without the funds being returned and no puppy to welcome into his / her forever home. I hope Ms Condon will contact me tomorrow, Wednesday, failing which I will lay a charge with SAPS. Should she do so, I will willingly take TAYLA provided a less expensive method of transport to Gauteng from the northern Cape can be found or alternatively the puppy travels when the weather is warmer. I will pay the remaining 50% of the purchase price on delivery as agreed.
