SOLAR GEYER NO GO COMPANY!!!
It should NOT even get 1 star!!!! After my previous review I had to get someone out to replace the pump as well as the mixed up system that was installed by Solar Sure Distributors. Not fair spending over R6 000 additional to make solar geyser system work right. Really how can I just leave it here?

SOLAR SURE DISTRIBUTORS
I contacted the owner of Solar Sure Distributors, Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. Quote was given and installation was done on 5 Dec 2019. The nect day there was water damage on the ceiling, I had to fix it. Owner just apologized. About a month later the pump was dripping, phoned owner and he said it must just be tightened. No plumber was willing to do it. Owner came and had to replace the pump. Yes now I can enjoy the solar geyser. During lockdown there was air noises, I contacted owner in level 4. He replied that I should replace the pressure valve. I got a plumber out as he opened to go and replace the valve, ge apologized and stated that the electrical work is NOT safe and NOT on standard, he will not work in the roof. Again I contacted the owner of Solar Sure Distributors and he said he would come out. He dropped off a worker, when asked what he is going to do he stated that when they installed the system the first time, they did not have everything for doing the electrical connections. Owner was sitting outside waiting in vehicle and I asked him about the COC certificate. He told me that he will send it through email. I send my email address and 3 days later I contacted him: He answered me: we did not agree on a COC certificate and sorry I do not give certificates. Wow, o yes and remember the pressure valve, he refused to replace it as it was not part of his work. I then got plumbers and electricians out to get reports on the system in my roof. I had to spend R2 600 on plumbing to make it safe, pay R800 for electrician and COC certificate. First winter with solar, no circulation, so no hot water except for when the electric kicks in to heat the geyser. Got another person out, he is busy sorting the pump and computer system. Pump is not working, hasn't been working for at least 3 months. He is trying to help me sort out the rubbish Solar Sure Distributors left. Then the owner threatened me. Please do not make use of this company. They love to work in Sasolburg/Vaalpark area!!!! BEWARE!!!!
