Was at sanlam through my previous employer but have move to a different company that use a better retirement company. sanlam have still not transferred my pension saving to them and it has been 2 months! Phoned them and waited 16 minutes to talk to no one.
I phoned and booked a car (Avis is the only car rental place in the Tzaneen so HAD no better option). It took me 20 minutes to speak to someone, but this was the easiest part. It took me 1 HOUR to get the car which meant I misted my meeting. Well, Frikken Done AVIS!! Then on a second occasion I booked through FNB ebucks (only reason while I use them). Deposit was taken 12th April, and they deducted the next day when I return the car the extra km, I drove which is fair and was like only R300. But it is more than 30 days, and I still had not yet received my deposit. Why the Hell do they keep it so long?? Don’t rent an Avis Car because you will lose you Ddeposit and it will cost you thousands.
I got very good service from King Price. Everytime I emailed them they phoned me back and we dit everything with a call. Not sending mails back and forward. They where professional and their policy states everything clearly. They where the cheapest and I would recomend!
I order bed legs from them online to lift my bed. The spesifications on the website was clear about the lenght BUT when I received it it was completely wrong. Instead of sending me the product I order they send me a small one. I now need to pay for the courier to send it back and get a refund because they mad a mistake!! Not only that I mailed them and phone and no respons for 3 days. I eventually got hold of someone thru their whatsapp channel but sill very unprofessional and not good service at all.
Every time I need to sign into my account on my computer I must use a 2-step authentication WHICH YOU CAN NOT REMOVE so if your wallet and phone is ****** you can not block your card or do any transaction. Even if your phone is dead you can not do anything regarding your bank. They say it is for security reasons which is basically protecting you from yourself accessing your own money
If I have a hospital plan that states I have UNLIMITED hospital cover why do I need to pay 55% of my emergency operation?? And then they say they will approve or regret my PMB within 3 to 5 working days but it has been 3 weeks so 15 working days with no answer.
Very poor service. My bank card was hacked when data leaked out by Uber eats. I reported it to their fraud line and they said someone will contact me within 2 working days and it was now been 5! They charged me for a new bank card and I haven't receive my money yet while my friend who has also been hack and are at another bank has gotten all his money back!
I apparently can't get a medical aid card with my tipe of MEDICAL aid. I must use my phone which mean if im in a accident and unconsious nobody can help me.
