Telkom requires you to give 30 days notice for a cancelation. Now they went and cut my Internet service on day 15 after the retention agent promised me it will only be on the day I requested. I have been struggling now for 3 days with no success to get my Internet back on. I work from home and now can't because of no internet. Every time I follow up I am told they will escalate but still nothing. Why do I have to suffer because of a call center agent that made a mistake. Why could they cut it in a second but can't fix it in 3 days? Please Telkom fix my order 690261751A!!!
