Excellent Vegetarian Cusine
I've been a devoted patron of Shayona for years, and I couldn't be happier since they opened a branch in Illovo, which is now conveniently close to my family and me. This establishment has truly become a second home for us. The exceptional service provided by the staff (waiters/waitresses, baristas, pizza chefs, chefs and managers), led by the wonderful managers William and Gerald, is what sets Shayona apart. They go above and beyond to make you feel like family from the moment you step through the door. Their dedication to ensuring an outstanding dining experience is why we keep returning time and time again. They are the heart and soul of Shayona. Beyond the impeccable service, the food at this establishment is a true delight. They offer a diverse vegetarian menu filled with delicious options. Whether you're craving something savory or sweet, they have something to satisfy every palate. They also have a variety of spices and products to buy. What sets this place apart is their unwavering commitment to excellent customer service. The staff genuinely cares about your satisfaction, and it's evident in every aspect of your visit. Their dedication is the reason why we keep coming back time and time again. In conclusion, I can't recommend this food establishment enough. The outstanding service provided by William, Gerald, and their team, combined with the delightful food offerings, make it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking good vegetarian cuisine. BE WARNED If NO COMMUNICATION & NO INTERNET service is what you are after; than you have found the service provider that will live up to that! It is with utter dissatisfaction, disappointment and COMPLETE frustration as well as PURE HELPLESSNESS that i am compiling this review; however it is Not ONLY for the above reason but to ALSO PROTECT and SAFEGUARD innocent victims to FRAUD, LIES and THIEVERY. To PREVENT people from making a HUGE mistake in CHOOSING a service provider BASED on LIES in FALSE advertising and marketing!!! RAIN is the leading ISP that is committed to being a PATHETIC service provider, that intentionally MISLEADS the public, that steals money (i say STEALS because funds are taken and NOTHING is done and NO SERVICE is provided), That you CANNOT contact easily (only through mails and complaints via web....which you WILL NEVER get ANY responses thereto....only automated responses (which is the ONLY thing that seems to be working)- AMONGST other THINGS!! ##- Please type your reply above this line -## We've received your request. Hi D, thanks for getting in touch. A rain agent will respond to your query within 24-48 hours. Your reference number is 2162754. Thanks for your patience, There is ABSOLUTELY NO contact Emails are not returned Logged queries are not addressed I have the sim that has been ricad but NO INTERNET I have PAID Theres a few days left to the month....WHEN will this be Sorted! O and BY the way.... I have beem informed already of whens im next going to be billed... SPEND more ELSEWHERE Get the SERVICE you DESERVE DONT be DUPED DONT be RIPPED off This is FRUSTRATING to say the LEAST!!!
