Helicopter Scam
This is a Scam!!! Please be aware and do not engage with him. He only has a cell number that he will WhatsApp on and once you have paid he blocks you and you never hear from him again!

Rain customer service non existent!!!!!!
Firstly I ordered a Rain sim in March 2020, after confirming coverage once received there was no signal. I then spent an entire month Emailing trying to get some sort of customer service response, to date still no response. I then gave up and decided to cancel last month after they have taken R495 x 3 months, only to be debited again on the 1st of July. Again been emailing for weeks now to try and get my refund and confirm there won’t be another debit, no answer! No customer service at all, no call center open, the only way to contact them is via email and only receive an automated response. This is so frustrating!!!
