Great service, very helpful with the courier company and the stickers came out beautifully with extra goodies in the box. Will definitely use them in the future. Just note that it is a 1-2 day lead time on the stickers and another 2 days give or take for courier so keep in mind when ordering.
We made a reservation on one name however had to transfer the reservation to my name because the person who made the reservation didn't have their driver's license with them. We asked for a polo and got a Kia Rio. When I received the final invoice (which had the exact same reservation/ contract number) I was charged R1200 more than the original quote. The customer service consultant was of no help and kept telling me that the invoice lists all the items which makes up the final amount, which did not answer my question of why was I charged more when I'm a less of a risk driver, and our car wasn't upgraded. I have yet to receive an answer. Will never use them again.
Had such a great experience flying Lift yesterday. Staff was so friendly & helpful -assisting us with the baby, checking on us making sure we are fine throughout the flight. The lady next to me was very sick on the flight and they took such good care of her. Online check in was easy and everything else went smoothly. Will definitely fly with them again.
My return package got lost between the courier and the warehouse and my refund is being refused because I don't have a return receipt however one consultant could track that it was indeed with the courier company on the way to the warehouse. Only after 5 inquiries did they finally tell me to go back to PostNet (2 months later) and get the return receipt with no communication keeping me updated whatsoever.
