After numerous attempts to book, more than one Coco Vogue staff have denied me this. Their customer service is POOR. Just ZERO solution as if I wasn't paying customer. I've tried over a couple of weeks... Their online/ chat system to book is flawed. After explaining that I was unable to book - Shockingly, I was not allowed to book telephonically even while speaking to a staff member. They quite literally offered no solution, no call back.. Nothing. Sad
One person - Lindo Nkwanyana. Terrible and appalling service and ATTITUDE. She made false statements and unwanted calls after an agreement via email. It's clear there are no consequences for such since she has the nerve to laugh things off. Anyways peace be unto her. Masego on the other hand has been very helpful, professional and pleasant in communications
Clive, manager, told me a long story about drivers that are 'out of the country' then made another stupid promise about it being delivered today. I am not surprised that I don't see his response on this email. I've had to chase both of you on calls for updates and none of you have been available and have not updated me on something that has taken you both more than a week to get done - I spoke to Matsidiso several times, you can ask her. He asked me ****ING STUPID questions like if 'someone will be home' and whether im ok with a 32 inch, which I told both parties before. I said to Clive that he is a useless, ZERO competence. Is he a manager because how he has failed is a JOKE. Easily the poorest customer service experience I put Teljoy as well as Mstercare in the same boat when looking at how you all have failed to do something so simple (without bothering me) I told him he can do whatever he wants at his own pace, at this point I don't care anymore.
