unreasonable overcharged contigency fees, crooks
my mother was involved in accident 3years ago and was assisted by them , and she was overchaged , charged more than 25% on contigency fee ive been trying to get clarity from them since 2020 till today they only response i get is that the attorney is busy will have a look on them file till today nothing has happened im even considering of taking other step trust never ever deal with this crooks never use their service

returned couch due to poor quality
i bought couches with rochester last year 2019 then in march returned the couch for repair due to poor quality since then never received my couches i have contacted them couple of time everytime someone escalate the query and the always promise to call back till today waiting for the feedback of my couch m so fustrated i dont even think if i will ever get it back the ppl who were never even a proof that the couch has been taken for repairs rochester have a bad customer service i regret buying item with them dont even know how to deal with this anymore
