We took in our vehicle at a Honda accredited dealership October 2021 and Honda Southern Africa is aware of our problem and the inability of the dealership to fix our vehicle but they have offered us zero assistance. To date we do not have our vehicle
NTT Honda Tzaneen has been with my mother's car for 15 months. The service is HORRIBLE. We are of the opinion that they only started working on the vehicle once we had complaint about their services/lack thereof to NTT Group and Honda SA. If you dont call them they never bother to call you to update you on THE progress. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
I made a booking on behalf of another on bookings.com I called hotel 224 to arrange payment with them via eft or link. I spoke to Nthabiseng who firstly had no solution and then decided she was done talking and decided to hang up on me. I called another hotel with the same issue and I was assisted within minutes.
I bought a bed on the 30th of May at Rochester Brooklyn Mall, I reported my mattress faulty within 3 days from date of delivery, they assured me that they would deliver a new mattress. I still have not received my mattress till this day. Ive made several calls to the shop, call centre and the warehouse I AM STILL WITHOUT A MATTRESS
I purchased a washing Machine from game online on the 01st of July 2020. I received an email stating that my order had been dispatched a few days later. I made several calls to the call center and was advised on the 27th that my order has been cancelled and that I would receive a refund within 3-5 working days. I just got off the phone with another agent who is now saying that the waiting period is 7-14 working days. I am frustrated and vow to never make an online purchase from Game ever again.
