On the 20/07/2020 I sent 5 Packages to Port St Johns around 14hrs @pick and pay Fourways mall,Those packages consists of 500 units in total, and had the same address.the parcels picked up the following day 21/07/2020 around 11 am, on the 22/07 I called aremex who couldn't help me when was asking why are my parcels hasn't arrived at the receivers address because my client was calling asking for his stock went to pick and pay to quiry since it was my first time using this courier and was panicking and 1of the managers advised me to wait until Friday the 23/07 around 12pm,on my surprise my client called saying he has received the parcels but they are missing, He only received 3 parcels and 2 are missing, I then ask him to count the items inside the packaging he received only to find out that it was only 276 bottles and 224 is missing which worth R5500, I asked the client to wait until Monday maybe will get more parcels and was going to call aremex customer service on monday 27/07/2020 but hard luck for me I couldn't get through them I was holding until my airtime was finished, my client want his items he can't even pay me my money for transporting the stock and we were supposed to have a long business relationship with him now how possible is that if aremex is stealing from is ?the worse part is they are protecting their drivers if I ask for the contact details of the driver who delivered and collected my items the drop the call, to my knowledge when you send parcels there are 2addresses and contacts details..1 for the sender and 1for the receiver..if the items are lost for some stupid reasons why don't they contact me or the receiver? THIs is so frustrating coz m losing the business that I feed my family with during this hard time of COVID-19.if they can't send my items to the right address I want it back then will use another courier to resend to my customer.
