I placed an order for a pair of Bowhunter boots from them at the end of September 2024, and received them about 3 weeks later. I am extremely happy with them. The craftsmanship on these boots is unmatched by any measure. They are the most comfortable shoes I ever had. They were definitely worth the wait. I am so satisfied with them that I ordered another pair of these boots, together with a pair of their Schalk Classic boots, from them. I can with the greatest confidence recommend them for their foot ware.
I have experienced no problems with PayFast as a payment platform. I have made numerous payments using them with absolutely no problems.

I ordered, and paid for, a s****** windshield on 27 June 2022. I heard nothing from them since. I sent an e-mail on Saturday 12 November 2022 (more than 4 months after I placed and paid for my order. I received no reply. Today I phoned them on 011 568 7639, and the person who answered my call, who identified herself as Kimberley, just terminated the call. I am so regretful that I did business with them. I would not definitely recommend them.
I received great service from Luné at Bergens Appliance Repairs, Helderkruin, Roodepoort, regarding the repair of my Bosch washing machine during February/March 2022. The reason for the repair was that the washing machine made a huge racket during the spinning cycle. My washing machine was collected, repaired and delivered back to me, by them. A few issues arose though – the first was that it took about 3 days longer for them to repair the machine than what I was initially informed. The second was that after the washing machine was (supposedly) repaired, it filled completely with water and gave an error that it had not sufficient water. I was upset about this, since we had at this stage a lot of washing to do, and nothing to do it with. After sharing my frustration with Luné, my washing machine was collected again. To quench my anger, she arranged a loan washing machine for me, which was delivered the next day (Saturday), free of charge. My washing machine was delivered about two weeks later, in perfect working condition, and the loan unit was collected. I really appreciate this extra effort Luné put in to keep me as a customer satisfied. Would I make use of the services of Bergens Appliance Repairs again??? Most definitely YES.
I have bought various machines from them over the years, from different branches, and I have always been happy with their service, helpful and friendly staff and the machines I acquired.
I am impressed by the professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness I experienced from the staff and the veterinarians of this establishment. I would make use of their services again. I highly recommend this Animal Clinic. Their pricing is on par with the rest of the market.
Towards the end of last year I purchased around R200 worth of plastic containers for take away sandwiches from Westpack Lifestyle, Little Falls in Roodepoort. As it turned out, I could not use them. Last week, after about 9 months, I returned these containers, without any proof of purchase, to the same Westpack Lifestyle outlet, expecting nothing in return. They kindly gave me a voucher for the full value of these containers. I am extremely grateful for this act, and I shall surely continue to support them. On 24 May 2020 I placed an order for air rifle pellets. Total value of the order was R2 986.00. On 02 July 2020 Animal Gear Sales Team Leader, Kris du Preez informed me that some of the pellets that I have ordered are not currently available from his suppliers. Without my consent, Kris du Preez then amended my order and included a selection of pellets he thought I might like, into my package. He substituted some of the pellets I ordered, which they did not have stock of, with pellets I am not interested in using. On 06 July 2020 I received the package. Of my original order I received R1 936 worth of pellets I ordered, or at least, can use. I returned the unwanted items to Animal Gear, at my own expense and requested a refund for the amount of R1 050. This amount being the difference between the amount for the pellets I actually could use and the amount I paid for my order. My parcel with the returned goods was received by Animal Gear on 10 June 2020. To date, 28 July 2020, 2 months after I placed my order, and 6 weeks after they received my parcel containing the returned items, and after numerous telephone calls and e-mails, I have not received a hint of my refund. I am just being thoroughly ignored. I will never do business with them again. I hope after reading this, you won’t either.
