Hellopeter.com @hellopetercom Hi, I have a problem. I was forced to move out by the First Metro Housing in Durban South. This happened on the 12th of May 2020, they did not give me any notice the security just came and throw me out with out any explanation. I opened a flat on the 26th January 2020 and paid all the money that was required and everything was finalized. I signed and they gave me keys, I was told to move out because the flat was not supposed to be rented out but I could not understand because their representative gave the flat to me, that Indian lady is their Administrator but now her supervisors do not want to help me yet the money was deposited into the First Metro Housing Bank account. They say I should deal with her. Right now my kids have no place to stay they crashing over at my friend's house.on the 12th of May 2020 my daughter was alone at the flat because I had gone home due to Lockdown,they sent the security guard to evict her at night and now they want me to take my furniture out and I feel that if I move my furniture I'm going to lose my flat and not even get my deposit back. It's been over two months now and I'm still fighting a hopeless fight. I'm now taking this matter to the media or anyone who's willing to help me. We are a group of more than 10 people going through the same issue and we not getting help.
