Placed an order last week Unable to track order as their tracking page doesn't work. Emails to customer care are bouncing back and telephone lines go unanswered
Window handles started coming off a week after the windows were installed.They refused to fix the windows because they had not installed them.I was not told upfront that there was no after sales service if they do not install the windows for you.I was only told 2 months after logging a complaint and been promised repeatedly by the shop staff that they would send someone to fix the windows
The driver insisted on a cash payment as he said that they had issues receiving payment from Bolt. At the end of my trip I paid him in cash. When I got home I realized that my card had been billed as well. I contacted the help line and received a response promising to look into my complaint and give feedback. When I had not heard from them after 2 days I contacted them again and have received no response since. This is such shoddy service and it's criminal to charge me twice for the same service
