RUN! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
They just called our office now and asked for our email address and I gave them. They sent some documents for my boss to sign. I will not give to him. I'll just delete the email. Thanks Zonika for the warning.

Not happy with Mondo

DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
We took up a contract with Caressa Nursing Agency and at first they looked as if they were professional and sweet people. A few months down the line their nurses started giving us an attitude and becoming moody. We would engage with the office WhatsApp number and they would change the nurse and bring a new one. Some of them would come with the same kind of attitude. Then when we send a message to Gerrie the director he would blatantly ignore us. They have sent us very clueless nurses who fail to do their job and then they become moody when we correct them or show them how it's done. They should be nurses for God's sake! Anyway, they recently brought us a good and mature nurse and she worked one shift and when she came back from her off she stayed 2 hours and then she was called and left us stranded. A few days later I heard that the nurse bad been taken to another client. Now the last straw had been them having lied about us. Their lies make me sick to my stomach. I feel like vomiting. They suspended a contract based on lies and didn't give us the 7 days notice which is on their contract. Their last nurse didn't know what she was doing and was panicking and couldn't handle the patient. Then they terminate the contract on the basis that she was shouted at and claiming that where we live is not safe bla bla, all that rubbish! They took up a contract with us knowing very well where we live. I'm disgusted at this service. Take them up at your own risk unless you are rich and stay in Sandton and maybe if you're white they'll treat you better.
