Bad customer service! I did not appreciate that the debit order date was changed in December. I phoned to complain and the agent said that they sent a SMS to my husbands number. I then said he did not tell me that he received the SMS and the agent said: "It seems like you and your husband needs to work on communicating". I'm very unhappy about the service. A company is not allowed to change the debit date to an earlier date. point. fact.
I placed an order on the 4th of July and made payment on the 9th of July. Lollipop Kids informed me it will take 2 weeks. I still have not received anything, after fighting and trying to get a refund, nothing happened. She got her lawyer involved and I said that I will give her time till end of September to either give me a refund or send the stock that I ordered. I did not receive anything. I see they are still advertising on Facebook and other costumers are going to be deceived just like I was. I wrote a review a while ago and she asked me to take it off...stupid enough I felt bad for her and removed the post.
I ordered tops a month ago, when asked why I haven't received it yet she said it's due to Covid...I then read other posts on Hello Peter with the same issue, but not due to Covid then. She said I can order something else like it will make delivery sooner...but she also needs to order that as well. There's always excuses and when I posted on her page, she then replied. I want my money back! If you do not deliver in 14 working days like you said, I need a refund.
