Bad bad bad bad bad
Paid in full for my order of R1639 on 17 June 2020!!! Till date i havent received anything except that they would do the refund in Dec 2020. I received this message after numerous requests to them: Do ever do business with them!! We are sad to share after many years we closed our business We would just to ensure all is settled with our clients Clients refunds will be done between the 3rd and 8th of Dec Please accept our apology for any inconvenience This was for sure the most terrible year ever We thank you for your support

Horrible experience with lollipop kids!!!!!!
Horrible service paid for a order in June never received it, cant get a hold of the owner have to beg for a reply when I get a reply Its full of promises. We are now in Desember Still no refund after I was told by end of November. I call the lawyer and he advised me that the agreement was that the funds will be paid by end of November. Not sure what els to do.

Horrible service paid for a order in June never received it, cant get a hold of the owner have to beg for a reply when I get a reply Its full of promises. Very bad service from Lollipop Kids Team

Lollipop Kids & Co. Complaint - Please beware of this company!
I placed and paid for an order with Lollipop Kids & Co. in excess of R19000 in May and was promised delivery within 7-10 working days (EVEN during Lockdown!) To date, 01 November, only one third of my order has been delivered and they have stopped answering my emails and WhatsApp messages. I have now had to incur additional costs to appoint an attorney to get my money back for the items that are still outstanding. I just hope that no one else out there goes through the same ordeal.

No service after you pay for your order
I have ordered in july and after lots of fights she got her lawyer involved and after another bunch of enails to him and her there is still no response on when I will get my order. I changed my order because I was told I could not get what I ordered at first. Then I was told I will get my new order soon. Now there is just no response months later. I would not recommend anybody to try and do business with this place.

Not receiving stock from Lollipop Kids
I placed an order on the 4th of July and made payment on the 9th of July. Lollipop Kids informed me it will take 2 weeks. I still have not received anything, after fighting and trying to get a refund, nothing happened. She got her lawyer involved and I said that I will give her time till end of September to either give me a refund or send the stock that I ordered. I did not receive anything. I see they are still advertising on Facebook and other costumers are going to be deceived just like I was. I wrote a review a while ago and she asked me to take it off...stupid enough I felt bad for her and removed the post.
