I have paid for clothes in March 2020 and is still waiting for my parcel or refund. I have ordered 2 sets of winter clothing on the 5th of March 2020 and still waiting! I have been in contact with them on mail and requested for their telephone number numerous time but no response. 17 Jul they send a mail and asked if we could change the clothing to something else after changing it we still did not receive anything. It is the 5th of September today and there is very poor communication from them. I've send emails on a regular basis and simply just want the things I've ordered. Lollipop kids is untrustworthy and useless to do business with. I have waisted my time, effort and money on them. Sad to say after sending this complaint they still properly won't do something about it. Erica Oosthuizen
