I placed and paid for an order with Lollipop Kids & Co. in excess of R19000 in May and was promised delivery within 7-10 working days (EVEN during Lockdown!) To date, 01 November, only one third of my order has been delivered and they have stopped answering my emails and WhatsApp messages. I have now had to incur additional costs to appoint an attorney to get my money back for the items that are still outstanding. I just hope that no one else out there goes through the same ordeal.
