Paid for an order a month ago, the amount went off on the 14 Jan 2025. I requested a shipping update only to get an email to say the order was not received, with a statement of non-delivery attached. How was the order not received, if I received an order confirmation via email, order no.175553248, and the funds were deducted from my bank account. This is unacceptable don't you think? How does Fruugo keep the money for a month and not send any communication regarding a possible issue? Had I not followed up, how long would Fruugo just have kept the money? P.S I am still waiting for a refund.
Placed and paid for an order online on the 6 July and have still not received my order and its been over 2 months! After sending an email enquiry they only reply to say: "Your order is still awaiting shipment from the supplier. There have been some unforeseen delays with the shipment We apologize for this and are working hard to get this sorted. We, unfortunately, do not have an expected eta at this time." VERY DISAPPOINTED!
This company are anything but reliable!, I cancelled my Moms order (Order #RS1320) for her after a month with no delivery. She received an email on the 23 February confirming the order had been cancelled (Cancellation #7VTQRS,) To date she hasn't received her refund. They don't answer their phones and don't reply to emails. The only 5 star review they have on Hello Peter was the rating they gave themselves
I placed and paid for an order with Lollipop Kids & Co. in excess of R19000 in May and was promised delivery within 7-10 working days (EVEN during Lockdown!) To date, 01 November, only one third of my order has been delivered and they have stopped answering my emails and WhatsApp messages. I have now had to incur additional costs to appoint an attorney to get my money back for the items that are still outstanding. I just hope that no one else out there goes through the same ordeal.

A letter of demand was sent to her via email on 8 September with no response. I am now forced to take further legal action and just hope that no one else out there has to go through the same ordeal.
