BEware yet another customer with the same complaint NO CUSTOMER SERVICE has agents that are a rule unto themselves require 100% cash up front before work is commenced

Once again Urban Blue agent for its heatpumps want 100% up front for a repair yes 100% as per previous reports they are more interested in taking the money than providing a customer service. Beware when you make an ITS purchase regarding repair and maintenance costs
