Stay Away: Owner Belligerent and Defensive
Always find it interesting when detailed scathing 1 star reviews are immediately followed by 5 star ratings with no supporting detail. call me a cynic..... I concur with the feedback regarding the owner Carl. He will not honour warranties - always choosing to point fingers at external work. One of his geysers burst and we discovered that their is no serial number on it, so we cannot get a supplier warranty. Asked him to assist and he said I was too difficult in our last engagement (I did eventually have to consider legal action), so he would not help me. I am under the impression that the business has closed. Judging by the feedback here I am not in the least surprised Avoid at all costs

Heat Pump Review
I am extremely satisfied with Urban Blue's heat pump installation at our house. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. The technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, and considerate of our needs. The heat pump system has been performing exceptionally well, providing consistent comfort while reducing energy costs. I highly recommend Carl and the Urban Blue Team for their outstanding service.

Heat Pump Review

Expect the worst customer service from Urban Blue!
I have had discussions with the owner Carl Putzier ,the owner of Urban Blue, in connection with the repair and functioning my ITS Heat Pump. Urban Blue installs and repairs ITS heat pumps. In both instances he was very aggressive over the phone, hardly let me get a word in. The last call was the same with him slamming the phone down on me. In my 40 years in business I cannot recall ever being treated this way. So I reverted to the chief technical person of ITS itself, (the Heat Pump Manufacturer), whose name is Stefan. We had a respectful discussion in which he took the time to explain and sort my problem and my understanding. Actually a pleasant interaction which contrasted dramatically with that of Carl Putzier of Urban Blue. Carl Putzier should never be exposed to customers. If you need a heat pump or solar installation or service of any kind, avoid this company.

Once again Urban Blue agent for its heatpumps want 100% up front for a repair yes 100% as per previous reports they are more interested in taking the money than providing a customer service. Beware when you make an ITS purchase regarding repair and maintenance costs

distributors of ITS solar heat pumps -- Urban Blue is more interested in taking you r money Upfront than actually providing a service.-- 12k paid upfront before a date to remove faulty heat pump was given -- after many request to set a date and time -- got the same response pay first then we can give you a date. -- anyway between ITS solar and their distributors -- I don't know who is worst-- No follow ups/ No feedback/ no interest in the customer -just your money -- once they have it -- your at their mercy.-- don't deal with ITS solar or their distributor Urban blue -- or youll be sorry. ( you've been warned)
