distributors of ITS solar heat pumps -- Urban Blue is more interested in taking you r money Upfront than actually providing a service.-- 12k paid upfront before a date to remove faulty heat pump was given -- after many request to set a date and time -- got the same response pay first then we can give you a date. -- anyway between ITS solar and their distributors -- I don't know who is worst-- No follow ups/ No feedback/ no interest in the customer -just your money -- once they have it -- your at their mercy.-- don't deal with ITS solar or their distributor Urban blue -- or youll be sorry.
