Urban Blue uses excellent quality products and also offers a superb after service.
I am unable to cancel my landline. I have followed the steps on the internet, however the service does not work, I have tried to contact via their landline number, Whats app line, and also Facebook messenger. Telkom please assist.

<p>I have logged a fault on my telkom ADSL on 24/08 ref num 390CWK240816.</p> <p>We have phoned more 3 times to follow up, a technician was only assigned to the fault yesterday. Still no feedback on when it will be up and running.</p> <p>Telkom please help it is urgent.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
