MY BOSS WAS DRIVING TO THE LANSERIA AIRPORT AND NOTICED HE WILL MISS HIS FLIGHT, AS THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL TRUCK BEING TRANSPORTED AND THEY WERE DRIVING 30KM/HOUR. I PHONED FLYSAFAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOKE TO A LADY(GLORIA, NOT SURE) AND SHE ADVISED ME TO PHONE BACK 10:45, FOR ME TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE FLIGHT. WHEN I PHONED BACK 10:45 I SPOKE TO TATANKOSI AND HE ADVISED ME THAT I AM TOO LATE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES AND THEN HE SAID THAT THE PASSENGER CAN CHANGE HIS FLIGHT AT THE AIRPORT OR THEY CAN PUT HIM ON STANDBY FOR A FLIGHT, I REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM IF IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DO IT AT OR TAMBO AS HE WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO LANSERIA BUT THERE WERE NO FLIGHTS AND HE SAID YES ANY AIRPORT, WHEN THE PASSENGER GOT THERE, THEY COULD NOT ASSIST HIM, THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM
I ordered a mini fan aircon twice and both times they have send me the incorrect item, it shows that there is stock available but when I open the box it's the wrong item but the correct leaflet inside. How is that possible and there is no communication advising me that there is no stock and asking permission to send a different product. Then if I request a refund the don't want to refund the delivery fee that I paid, it's not my fault the item was delivered incorrect and they don't have stock, I will never order from Takalot again
My previous review was removed. How am I supposed to get answers from them if not on this platform. I have paid close to R2000 for a product that I don't have, and I can't reach them to refund me this is unacceptable. Manicaa, if you are honest, contact me so we can arrange a refund...
This is pathetic. Nobody is coming back to me via email, and nobody is answering the phone. I hope this business get shutt down as they are stealing my money. Is there someone to help me take this further. Or maybe Speak Out, or Cart Blanche can uncover this scam
This is my 3rd complaint, and still I have not received my order 79701. I try phoning them daily but don't get any answer. Hold on in the queue for hours till it cuts off. This is a very bad company, I need an answer today.....
Very bad communication as they never answer my mails and the delivery has taken longer than promised. If I did not need this item so badly, I would have canceled the transaction and requested a refund. I will never ever buy from Manicaa again 😒
I have placed an order early December 2022 and received received an email stating that I would receive my parcel first week of January 2023. I have sent multiple emails to follow up and phoned hundreds of times but no luck. This is the worst communication from a company I have ever dealt with. My order nr is 000079701. I don't mind if I have to wait but communication would be appreciated

Dairymaid icecream taste like someone added sand to it, but dairymaid wont refund me, as i dont have the proof of purchase anymore. There explanation about it is, without that the cant penalize the store, how is that the clients problem.....
Spoke to Bongi since Wednesday 15 December 2021 to get quotes and make arrangements for the hire of a bakkie, today I phone to complete the transaction and Bongi has no bakkie for me to rent, no manager to complaint to..... Further more I phone call centre spoke to Leo, he cant arrange for me to get a bakkie to rent either, this is very inconveniant and bad service
