Money scammers
Blue finance services are just a bunch of scamers. Taking advantage and giving elderly and poor people false hope and stealing they money. They contacting my mom to get a loan from them as my mom went through the process and they adv she needed to pay a fee of 4000 for lawyers fees to release out the funds as they do not have lawyers for that. As she paid them 3500 and they needed proof of payment. I sent the documents to them as they kept quiet for 3 weeks. When she called them to find out what is happening as she was advised the money will be in her bank Account in 3to 4 days. Still nothing as a week went by she called to get a refund and she said it's been processed. Till today nothing. When she called them. She blocked mom on whatsapp and calls. As she just blue ticked the messages. So I took it upon myself to try and whatsapp them and call them. As they responded to my WhatsApp regarding to how the loans work and so forth as I was sent documents with they details on and explained. How it worked. So I sent a voicemail. Asking if they say it's 3 days to get money why is Evelyn still waiting as she paid the money and they giving her the run around. I even said what they doing to older people is ruthless and disgusting as they stealing from them. Funny how. After she read my messages and voicenote she did the same and blocked me. There's people should be found as what they doing is pure corruption and fraud registering they business only to steal from them

Deductions taken with no recharge given back
Hello Peter please help I have a contract with them as they deducted they money for 2 months without noticing anything as no sms get sent saying account recharged nothing but funds went out even last night. When u send a email no respond. Calling they numbers. 083 709 9128 only 1 beep and silent same with this number the 0123746160 does not go through. The question u have is why do they numbers not work and also why deduct money if you not going to give the data. Sms and airtime and agreed. If they closed now why not say anything. Cause it's now an expense having to buy these things and money still gets deducted each month and no statements given or emailed also. Please do assist if possible l. Regards.
