Please be careful this business (Johan Moller) take your deposit will start the work but never finish, owner Johan Moller is full of promises but never deliver, will even use family sickness as excuses. Always an excuse why he cannot be at your house at a promised time, never answers phone calls will occasionally reply on WhatsApp never reply on Friday to Monday. Johan is never on site drops of workers and disappear, worker leave on their own, never the same workers. Was introduced to Johan via Maintenance Free Thatch Elana, which was advertised on Facebook. Aircon Experts Aircon Bad Experience
Bad Service, aircon gave problems from the beginning had 5 technicians out to fix the problem after technician 3 they found out the aircon was installed incorrectly, I had to contact them twice before they send someone out to fix the installation and that was because the aircon stopped working for the 3rd time due to a loose connection inside the aircon inside unit, after that the aircon gave more problems and was spitting out water on the inside, a new technician was send out just to say he cannot find the problem but he dumped all the gas vacuumed the aircon and regas again, needless to say aircon was still not working correctly. I've asked them to contact Samsung to exchange this unit and replace it with a new unit my email was just ignored and that was the 3rd of December already. They make use of Itemba Air-conditioner services for technical services.

Netstar Go
Ive asked Netstar Go in May to stop my account and not to deduct any more money from my account, in June and July they have deducted again and I send them another mail and received another confirmation we are now in August and they are still taking money off my account after I've received confirmations on all emails that my account are closed. This is bad and useless customer service please do not trust this company.
