Great service by Aircon Xpert Russell port Elizabeth
The Alliance air-conditioned at our house failed to function. Got hold of Russell of Aircon Xpert. Did some testing and within a few minutes the unit was operating again. Great service Russell, thank you

Aircon Experts Aircon Bad Experience
Bad Service, aircon gave problems from the beginning had 5 technicians out to fix the problem after technician 3 they found out the aircon was installed incorrectly, I had to contact them twice before they send someone out to fix the installation and that was because the aircon stopped working for the 3rd time due to a loose connection inside the aircon inside unit, after that the aircon gave more problems and was spitting out water on the inside, a new technician was send out just to say he cannot find the problem but he dumped all the gas vacuumed the aircon and regas again, needless to say aircon was still not working correctly. I've asked them to contact Samsung to exchange this unit and replace it with a new unit my email was just ignored and that was the 3rd of December already. They make use of Itemba Air-conditioner services for technical services.

Trouble free service
Despite the 4 poor reviews on this site over the past 4 years, I decided to go with Aircon Experts, convincing myself that there must have been many other customers during this period who had not had any problems. My experience up until this point has been extremely pleasant. The quote was e-mailed to me within 15 minutes of my telephonic enquiry. The day after paying the deposit I received confirmation of receipt and notice of the installation the following morning. The installer was punctual and did an excellent job. All round, it was a very professional service. I would not hesitate to recommend their business.

I received the most fantastic service from Aircon Experts. Their email replies are very fast, Their prices are good and they keep constant contact about the status of the order and installation. The crew who installed my two units have done the neatest installation I have ever seen. The wires and pipes are perfectly straight and tied back out of sight as far as possible. They left a prefectly clean job site and cleaned up all of the mess after the installation. The two units are whisper quiet and work like a dream. Well done guys! I will be using you again.

poor installs and services. Don't work with them.
Really really bad workmanship. Botched the installation, and we're still trying to get it fixed 6 months later. Technician came in and just shook the unit from side to side and called it a day. They also don't do proper servicing, they just clean out the filters and even if you ask them to check the gas, they refuse. Despite it costing R500 per unit for maintenance. For them to just clean off the filters. Had to call them back 3 times to get our units gassed up. Now we're in a situation where we have to call another company to come fix their poor job because it's almost time to do the bi annual maintenance as required for warranty and they've cancelled on us twice, and showed up too late when we had to turn them away, and now rescheduled for almost 2 weeks from now when the warranty service period might have lapsed, rendering the warranty null and void. and this is while we're still just trying to get the mistakes made in installation fixed. It's just not worth working with these guys, they're terrible.

Had a new air con installed. They came out and installed the unit, but the unit does not work properly. They sent out a technician that never pitched up, and said I refused him access to the premises. I have the screenshots to prove otherwise. To date the unit is still not working correctly and they refuse to do something about it.

Great service, great prices
Our business has ordered 8 Samsung units from Aircon Experts. Their website is extremely helpful, their staff answers email queries promptly and their service is overall excellent. Even though they are based in Gauteng, we were able to collect the units in Cape Town the same day we made the payment. Aircon Experts have since become our prefered supplier.
