Bad Service, aircon gave problems from the beginning had 5 technicians out to fix the problem after technician 3 they found out the aircon was installed incorrectly, I had to contact them twice before they send someone out to fix the installation and that was because the aircon stopped working for the 3rd time due to a loose connection inside the aircon inside unit, after that the aircon gave more problems and was spitting out water on the inside, a new technician was send out just to say he cannot find the problem but he dumped all the gas vacuumed the aircon and regas again, needless to say aircon was still not working correctly. I've asked them to contact Samsung to exchange this unit and replace it with a new unit my email was just ignored and that was the 3rd of December already. They make use of Itemba Air-conditioner services for technical services.
