Worst internet service privider ever. You pay for 10mbps but you are lucky to get 2 mbps. Phoning support foes not help as they just dont answer the phones. The manager in charge ignores calls to his phpne and blocks your number. This company will not last long with this pathetic (non) service.
Had a new air con installed. They came out and installed the unit, but the unit does not work properly. They sent out a technician that never pitched up, and said I refused him access to the premises. I have the screenshots to prove otherwise. To date the unit is still not working correctly and they refuse to do something about it.
It is a sad state of affairs when Suzuki South Africa allows franchises such as Ipop vehicle sales to swindle money out of customers. They are aparently allowed to sell vehicles out of the Suzuki dealership without any regard for the consumer protection act. Sold me a vehicle and refuses to hand over the Natis or licence disk. Vehicle paid in full. CASH. This veficle also has a faulty engine and Ipop refuses to repair it. I did aproach the ombudsman, but the amount of lies Ipop spews made me loose the case. I am now sitting with a R 100 000.00 car, without papers, and a stuffed engine.
We opened a Trust account and submitted all the relevant documentation as requested, The account was operating for almost a year when out of the blue FNB froze the account as a result of \documentation"not received. We resubmitted all the documents four times already"
