Worst company. After i paid premiums for 35 years. They could not even help with ONE case. Totally useless company after taking my premiums for 35 years!!When i did need help with 2 cases they could not help. So i paid over R500 000 over 35 years and they could NOT help even with one case!!What a waste of time and money!! Unbelievable!!

First they tried to say I reported that the incident occurred on the 31 October because they thought they did not have to pay the claim if it happened on the last day of the month? They said because I haven't paid my premium on the 31st my claim was null and void. When they discovered that won't work,now they are trying another angle. In the meantime, what do they think their clients like me and others will think if I have a car and two phones insured with them? What confidence can I have in them that they would pay any other claims if the smallest claim isn't paid out? Doesn't that make me think why should I be insured with them,if they refuse to pay the smallest claim? Which means ,I wouldn't stand a chance if there was a bigger claim like my IPhone or my car? Absolutely shocking!! Now, since they cannot get joy from the date of the ****** phone,now they are asking for phone records, and bank statements. I don't have a problem? I've asked Vodacom and PhoneYam to provide the records they want,but I DO think it's an invasion of privacy for a company to ask for phone records and bank statements, as I don't see the relevance,or is it just another ploy to stall not to pay out insurance? They are using all the tricks they can find ,to delay paying out or too resist paying out at all. Is this the sort of company one can trust or want to be associated with? Worst car dealer. Don't try to buy a rentobuy car from them. I came short very badly and in the end after paying 250 000 . I ended up with no car. They had promised in events of any accident they would repair as they have their own workshops and insurance. Please don't believe them. If you have no other choice and you are forced to " buy" from them PLEASE safeguard yourself by taking out your own insurance
