For a long time Vodacom had put on my prepaid cellphone a welcome tone I never had asked for but had to pay for . When I went to my next Vodacom branch at De Ville Centre in Durbanville Central on February 22 at 11.15 the shop assistant was rude and quarrelsome. After some arguing I got him to delete the welcome tone. For my claim to be refunded I was given the Vodacom Customer Care telephone number. On that number I did not find any option for complaints and was talking to their chat bot only. I still do not know how to get to them for my claim.
Intergate Immigration compares well with the very bad immigration agency we had used before. They are reliable and try to help. We used their services to obtain a Permanent Residence Permit which we finally got after nearly 3.5 years of waiting. Their influence on the Department of Home Affairs is null. However, they are useful for putting together your application documents. How much they care depends not the least of the person you happen to deal with. We got on bord through the excellent services of Riaan Kroucamp who sadly passed away soon after our application was launched. Recently, we got good response from Kelly Manne. Others tend to do rather business as usual. There seems to be quite a fluctuation of employees. All in all we obtained what we had applied for. We shall never know if we got there with or without the actions of Intergate Immigration.
