The company is okay. They’ve simplified the process of insuring goods and their premiums are reasonable however the claims process is unreasonably long. The staff is helpful and do you their best within reason. It seems management is not as accessible to staff as should be.
While it is easy enough to insure items, the claims process is just as difficult. As a 100% online insurer, live tracking of an in-process claim is expected but your site doesn't offer that. 5-7 working days is an excessive turnaround time for a cellphone claim. Your idea and concept are great but the execution needs a lot more work so right now, you are not the insurance for me.
Great idea to offer an almost full menu for delivery but the execution leaves much to be desired. The app is elementary at best, maybe add pictures and push notifications to enhance the tracking function. The order arrived two hours after it was placed and the driver was fine I guess despite he's not ringing the bell nor calling when he was at the gate...odd. Food was average, ordered a full portion of calamari but seem to have received an appetizer, the fries were tasteless and dry which was disappointing. The buffalo wings are probably what I enjoyed most as the ribs were also nothing to write home about.
