Bad service from your company. Since I submitted my form on the 8th of October 2025. I waited 7 days to no avail. I was told that my amount is not correct. I again submitted the forms only to be told that the process is pending. It's been over a month. What kind of service is this!!!!!!!!
Today my Customer Service Consultant Mr Madimetja Kekana - sounds funny even saying 'my Customer Service Consultant' because over the course of only a short amount of time he became 'my friend'. Madimetja has been there - above and beyond - in every aspect of not only the showing and the final sale. But every step of the way he was there to make me understand everything that I wanted to know in my policy. He was able to reduce my premium and amendent certain things which I wanted to be changed. He always got right back to me. He's honest and he's good and he's been there for me like a best friend. Miway you have to give this man a promotion as Head of Sales Director.
