I did a forex transfer on the 3rd of Dec. The money has left my FNB account but has not been credited into the foreign account. I have sent numerous queries. I get an automated response saying they will get back to me in 3 working days but it has now been 10 days and I have had no response. And my money is nowhere to be found.
I needed expert advise on a replacement battery, I was super excited to find a South African company that specializes in batteries. My other option was to order from the US. So I popped "BATTERY EXPERTS" a mail, via their web page. A week later and I have yet to receive a response. If we still re**** on snail mail I would understand but honestly an e-mail should take a week to solicit a response.
The content is good however there are a few issues with regards to the quizzes which need to be resolved. Once I can complete the quizzes I would give them a 5 star rating! Really love the flexibility of the online platform.
