Wanted to purchase a car from Dealers Choice and dealt with Lloyd who is the dealer principle. All I can say is that from start to finish, he was transparent, considerate and highly professional. One of the best dealings I have had with a car dealership to date. Highly recommend.
In September 2020, I upgraded one of my cellphone contracts and took advantage of a special of a Samsung Note 20 which came with a Samsung 32 inch smart tv. Upon reception of the mobile device, I was advised to claim my TV through the Samsung members app which I completed and received the voucher for the TV. I received a call from Samsung in October claiming that the TV could not be dispatched for delivery as my tv license was behind. Upon completition of the call, I paid up my license and contacted Samsung directly to note that the issue had been resolved. I was informed that the TV would be processed for delivery and that the next correspondence would be from the delivery company. In December, I had received no correspondence from the courier company and did a follow up call with Samsung who confirmed that the delay in delivering the TV was due to change in courier service but that I could expect the TV delivered by the latest in the second week of January and that my request would be escalated. In late January, I called Samsung again regarding the non-arrival of my TV and was again promised that the TV would be ready for delivery and I would recieve it in due course. My late February, I made another call to Samsung - in addition to reaching out to the company via social media to which I was not never provided any response - with the customer agent advising me that my TV license was an issue; I confirmed that this had been paid up and she then advised me that she could see this to be the case in her records and that she would follow up with her team leader and provide me correspondence later in the day. No correspondence was provided and no TV was delivered. Another promise of this nature was made to me last week upon another enquiry to Samsung, with the call centre agent again promising me feedback which - like my TV - has not arrived. This customer service is as unprofessional as it is disconcerting and will have me seriously question any future purchases of Samsung devices to whom I have been a loyal customer for several years.
To date, I have purchased two vehicles from the Mother City Car Company. Outside of the pristine condition of both vehicles, which were both sold with all delineated service histories and maintenance documentation, it was the professionalism, helpfulness and meticulous attention to detail of the dealer, Artiom Denisov, which left the biggest impression on me. Four months after the purchase of the second vehicle, a mini cooper s, we found that the key lock of the vehicle was missing. Without question, Artiom replaced the key lock, wheel nuts and associated labour costs at his own expense, demonstrating again why his customer service and business demeanor is truly the exception to the norm in the used car industry. I cannot recommend the mother city car company and Artiom Denisov enough and will certainly continue my support of this honest, professional and bespoke dealership.
