Renasa Client crashed into my motor cycle 8 August 2020. Since then I have not been able to use my motor cycle. I was referred by Renasa to Vanessa Nkagase at Oxford Claims and Legal Services. For more than 4 months I have been trying to get the claim authorized, but every time they come back with another excuse. The service is absolutely shocking and unacceptable.
Waiting for a week for an insurance claim number. Answer from Director Financial Emporium RIGARDT POTGIETER after complaining , is to " Jy kan maak net wat jy wil.." in other words.".try your luck..see how far you get with your complaìnt of poor service"
