If you ever want to experience the worst private sector service imaginable buy something from the Vodacom store on their app. It really exposes how fragmented this business is. I bought 2 small devices in November 2023, both arrived and were faulty, it took me days to navigate their myriad of support options to find someone who could help. They logged the return and eventually collected it on the 5th Dec 2023. Since then, I have not received a single word back from them, I have tried contacting them to follow up multiple times and get passed from pillar to post. I took to X to write to them and finally received a response but every follow up has had the same response "escalated and awaiting feedback" 3 weeks of escalating and still no feedback. They simply fail at customer service ina time where the focus and goal of businesses is to provide customer experiences. Absolutely atrocius, I've asked for someones contact dwtails who be able to help and it appears no one can, so do yourself a favour and avoid buying anything on their digital channels because you'd better pray it works, if not, good luck! Today is the 19th January 2024 and still trying to sort this out. Pathetic! They should be embarrased at how bad their service is.
awesome service, placed an order around 10:30am with overnight delivery. My order was delivered the same day by 4pm. Excellent!!
