Worse experience at Pavilliion Woolworths store. I went in to do an exchange of a pair of jeans , and the Teller and store manager refused to assist with checking and printing a till slip for the transaction. I provided them with all my personal details they requested , the only details I could not provide is the exact date of purchase , they had the product details and the loyalty card number. They told me they are not able to assist unless I can give them the date of the transaction. I spent 1 hour at the store and the manager said they are unable to help.
Worst communication experience ever ! Nompumelelo from the retentitions department has absoultely no communication skills. They ended the whatsapp chat early while i was still asking for documents.
I bought a Mutton Biryani on the 26th at 1pm , and when I opened the container at 5pm to eat it for dinner it had gone off . The weather was not even hot on the day. Terrible experience. I tried to call the resturant and no answer on their landline. I did want a refund because this is unacceptable to pay R115 for a meal and it is inedible.
