I wish I didn't have to give a star for my review.... What a disgusting experience I had tonight. I went to Wang Thai after a long day out with the family from Spain, expecting to have a decent cup of coffee with some take aways. After 30 minutes of waiting, I downed my coffee in nothing more than 5 seconds it was so cold. My girlfriend ordered a Chai latte , which I KID YOU NOT, tasted like hot water with sand. The manager, could not look anyone in the eyes at the table and the waiters ignored every single person at my table trying to ask them for straws. Tonight I have had the worst experience ever and quite frankly, I have not experienced anything like this. After 30 minutes of waiting, 2 other tables left alongside us , purely because of the disgusting service by both the manager and waiters. All 3 tables (including us) got up and left, we were not paying for the disgusting simple drinks we ordered 30 minutes prior. The Worst part is... They were no where near full. Disgrace.
Disgusting service. I'm now on my 3rd and a half week of waiting to hear whether or not I can exchange my ultrasonic sensor. I brought the device back within 2 hours of my purchase as the device wasn't working. I have not heard 1 call from communica. I called them to follow up and was promised feedback and still... Not a thing. It's been almost a month and I'm livered. Dont even bother using communica. USELESS
