Our inverter was installed timeously and the team did such a neat job. Thank you Tyron and team. We really appreciate the care and professionalism. Good day, We moved out of our house at the end of September 2021. We were told it would take about 4 - 6 weeks for our refund of our Eskom Deposit (I have the invoice which shows the credit balance), to be reimbursed. After numerous phone calls and emails and a reference to follow up on, we are still unable to contact anyone at Eskom who can assist us, or a response to my query and the reimbur*****t. I'm at a loss of how to proceed to claim this refund.
Cancellation of Insurance on a mobile contract. I telephoned on the number that was given to me by Vodacom. I emailed them twice on the email address that was given to me. I have not yet had a response from either the telephone call or the emails to confirm that the insurance for the contract has been cancelled. Extremely frustrating! What else should one do to cancel a contract or have someone confirm that this is indeed in progress or has been completed?
I completed a marketing course with Shaw Academy. I paid for the course material. This was a 4 week free course. However on checking my credit card statement today I see that the have continued to debit my credit card with R399.99 per month god the past 4 months. This is not acceptable ! Quite frankly, I’m extremely disappointed as this is fraudulent !
