refund over payment

I Paid upfront for by daughters classes accidently to full amount but Eduvos gives discount for full upfront payment. Numerous attempts to get my refund ended in silence. NO response at all various mails, logging claim onto the system which only the student can do. all I got initially was rejected so its actually saying your loss because of your mistake. terrible

Even though it all appears in good, the agent will take the funds, invest and indicate very good returns, within one week cryptofxtrades24 admin informs you to upgrade as you have made good profits, you have to pay more into your account. then they actual put a hold on your account making it dormant, once you pay they open up and apparent trading continues, when you want to withdraw funds you have to pay again for releasing your own profit. The agent keeps saying its good and things are well. The agent also say no more payments will be required. this is bad investments and a way just to continue getting money out of you. They could not answer my question why I should pay for withdrawals.
