Having a problem with the way the manager is treating the staff its very bad
I recently had a problem with Amasi which I reported to the company.My query was attended by Wendy Evans and I would like to say to her keep it up as you resolved my query very professional and this was not the first time you were attending to my query. I hope all the companies can have people like you. Thank you very much.
I applied for my daughter's unabridged birth certificate in Jan 2020 and since March last year I have been calling their customer care centre without getting any good response.They advised me to go back to Mitchell's Plain home affairs to speak to the manager.I was told manager will be only available Friday and was given three telephone numbers I must call and they not working.
I emailed Pioneer foods complaining about their maize meal which don't cook even after cooking it for more than an hour. I sent them more than 4 times asking just a simple question if they have complaints from other customers. I only received one communication from them on the 17th of last month since then nothing and they were just asking for my contact number. How can they sell us something that doesn't cook.
Eskom service is disgusting to be without electricity for 5 days and when you call you get different stories now just been told they don't do faults weekends just imagine
Have been told by Eskom that I must wait for 7 days for them to come check what is the problem as the whole street is off.Does Eskom only cater for the rich only the poor must stay in thr dark and not make any food this is not good.
